CHRW FM 94.9 (Radio Western), the volunteer radio station of the University of Western Ontario in London, has begun its annual Funding Drive and they need your help. London’s BEST independent radio station wants to upgrade their remote broadcasting capabilities and your donations to achieve that would be greatly appreciated.CHRW volunteers are on the air 24 hours a day 365 days a year delivering London's most interesting programming! CHRW, Radio Western’s origins date back to 1959 and have been broadcasting independently and full time since 1980. I still recall making pizza on Friday nights, listening to the blues show on CHRW. So even though the station is directly responsible for my having swilled too much red wine and gorged on too much pizza on occasion, they still deserve my support.
